I Will Use My Words To Encourage Others

This week we learned about using our words to encourage others. Many times we have choices in life to use our words to hurt, or to help others. The kids were challenge to use their words to encourage others not to tear them down or hurt them. This includes parents, siblings, teachers, friends and even people who have been mean to us. How will you use your words to encourage others this week?


The Story: Daniel uses his words well. (Daniel 2:1-48)

Don't use foul or abusive language.

so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.

The Secret Assignment: Read this story, then write two sentences of encouraging words you could say to the person in the story. Bring the paper on Sunday for 15 Action Bucks!

At school you see someone sitting in the corner of the playground by themselves, you walk over to ask them to play with you when you notice that they are crying. You ask them what is wrong and they tell you that
