What we learned, Sunday March 27th

This week in our Jungle friends and Safari friends room our 2-4 year olds are learning that Jesus is powerful! This week’s focus was heals the blind man from John 9:1-11. Our memory verse is: “Our Lord is great and very powerful” Psalm 147:5

Our Barnyard friends (walking – 2) are learning that they are happy at church. This week they learned they have friends at church. There memory words are “I am happy at church” based on Psalm 122:1

This week in Jammers, 123Go, and Highway 45 we started a new unit He's the One: The Mission of Jesus. We learned about the Ruling: We discussed how to make the right choice even when we are tempted to do what is wrong. As a follower of Christ, making the right choice is more important than keeping the wrong friends.

This week in Jammers, 123Go, and Highway 45 we started a new unit He's the One: The Mission of Jesus. We learned about the Rebel: Judas was a rebel by not following Jesus, he didn't trust him and choose betray Jesus instead. We learned to love Jesus and trust Him at all times as the true Son of God. All of us will make the choice in this life to follow Jesus with our lives or to deny that He is God's Son.

This week in Jammers, 123Go, and Highway 45 we started a new unit He's the One: The Mission of Jesus. We learned about the Reminder: The significance of the story of the Last Supper lies in the actions of Judas - for to turn on a person after eating with him was regarded as the worst kind of betrayal. But Jesus' giving of the bread to each disciple after breaking it represented the promise of His presence with them after He was gone.

Our Barnyard friends (walking – 2) are learning that they are happy at church. This week they learned they sing at church. There memory words are “I am happy at church” based on Psalm 122:1

This week in Jammers, 123Go, and Highway 45 we started a new unit He's the One: The Mission of Jesus. We learned about the Ride: Jesus started his journey at Bethany, the city that would turn against Him. Jesus knew all that would happen, and accepted His mission knowing that His death would open the way for eternal!

What we learned, Sunday February 27th

This week in Animal J.a.m. our 2 year olds learned that God made people to help us. Our 3 & 4 year olds learned that Bartimaeus followed Jesus. Please look at your take home sheets for more information

This week in Jammers, 123Go, and Highway 45 we started a new unit God's Word: Who, What, Where, When & Why. We learned about The Practice: we will get out of God's Word what we put into it. The "how to" principles of learning, memorizing, and applying God's Word come straight from the scriptures- challenging us to ask for the Holy Spirit's guiding, read the scriptures, write it down, note or highlight the key words as we go and recite the words out loud, as we apply the Word to our lives!
